In 2003 our client-focused achievements enabled ASG to be listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.

In 2016, ASG was acquired by Nomura Research Institute, a Japanese-based consulting and IT solutions group listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

Backed with new international capabilities and additional financial resources, ASG acquired SMS Management and Technology in September 2017.

With our new capabilities in business strategy and technology management, combined with ASG’s strong Enterprise Application and Managed IT Service capabilities, we believe we are the genuine alternative to Australia’s Tier 1 IT Service Providers.
